This book which is the translation of author's "Corporate Law" 4th edition in Turkish is prepared for both practitioners and students.

In this book, the corporation (partnership) concept is dealt all-round under the arrangements subject to. Accordingly, at first with provisions effecting all corporations regulated by TCC no. 6098 the ordinary partnership is analysed, the corporate groups concerned business corporations, merger, acquision, separation and changes in legal forms are studied. Subsequently, general partnership and limited partnership which are in sole proprietorship companies, then joint stock companies, limited liability companies and shared capital companies are studied. Moreover cooperative companies are included in this edition.
